Back to basics - waaaaay back!  In this workshop we will create camera original negatives, understand what makes good negatives for reproduction, their history and context - why they are STILL necessary in the digital age.  Learning proper exposure and methods for developing out good negatives for contact printing on albumen or salt paper, cyanotypes or enlargement on silver-gelatin.  We will also cover advanced methods for intensification of your negs.  If you are looking for something uncommon in the contemporary photographic practice this is the workshop for you. It is here creative potential lies untapped.
